1. If tire use time is less than or equal to 500 hours, wear patterns is less than or equal to 8mm, which is identified quality problems by our company staff concerned, we are responsible for a free replacement or full compensation to the ad valorem, if the above two conditions cannot be all met, then performed according to article 2 of the implementation of the following

2. Tire warranty: 2 years, the use of time is less than 4500 hours and wear patterns less than or equal to 45mm, to whichever is first. Specific explanation: 2 years, 4500 hours and wear patterns 45mm, means our company warranty commitment 2 years is from the date of tire production, the use of time less than 4500 hours and wear patterns less than or equal to 45mm.(Referring to from the date of the production of tires within 2 years, the use of time less than or equal to 4500 hours, wear patterns less than or equal to 45mm, under these three conditions are all met, if our company staff concerned identified them as the quality problem, we will be responsible for claims, specific claims based on the attached table. 3. After-sales service to respond: Once the tire quality problems occur, our company need 30 days at least (taking into account the issue of visa abroad) to send our professionals to the mines and make an agreement with the professional support staff of the mines on the question of whether it is the quality problem and signed the quality analysis report of tire.

4. Claims to respond: after the signing of the quality analysis report, within five working days after our company staffs return home we will provide customers with the claim amount (based on calculation of the remaining pattern depth). In the following 10 working days arrange replacement or refund.
